  • It can be served chilled by adding some ice

Side effects

Even though having it in moderation is safe, its overconsumption might cause nausea, vomiting, indigestion, and diarrhea.

During pregnancy

Since goji berries have betaine, a chemical known for causing miscarriage, women should avoid drinking this tea during pregnancy. Breastfeeding mothers should also avoid its intake.
